Villa Ullrich, with a history extending back more than 100 years, offers 15 rooms that invite guests to relax and unwind. Throughout all reconstructions, refurbishments and modernization projects, the historic architecture of the Villa has been completely preserved, making it a unique accommodation with all modern comforts.
You have the choice between single, double and double de luxe rooms. Room sizes vary between 25 and about 60 sqm. All floors are easily accessible by elevator.

Our garden room de luxe (approx. 55 sqm ) features 2 rooms – bedroom with double bed, sofa, sat-TV and a second bedroom with bed, sofa bed and extra sat-TV.

Furnishing: All rooms feature flat screen TV, WLan, shower/bath tub/toilet, telephone, safe,
hairdryer and fridge and all benefits of staying in a MIC partner business (free entry to all lidos around Lake Millstättersee and the indoor pool in Spittal/Drau). - The card is included with a minimum stay of 3 nights!!!
Rates are per double room (for 2 people) and day incl. breakfast excl. local tax (in winter € 1.90, in summer € 2.70 per person and day).

Check-in and check-out times:
Rooms are available for arriving guests from 2:00 p.m. Please give us a call if you arrive later than 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We accept payment in cash, VISA, Master Card or debit card.
The room rate includes the Millstättersee Inclusive Card (with a minimum stay of 3 nights) - valid from May 1 until October 31 each year!

General cancellation policy
In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, please let us know as soon as possible about your cancellation.
We will certainly try to let the room otherwise.
If we fail to do so, the following cancellation fees for empty unlet rooms apply according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Cancellations made:
