The atmosphere in the guesthouse is very friendly and family-focused. This also applies to our members of staff who, in many cases, have been with us such a long time that they are like family to us – we are certainly a well-rehearsed team.
The kitchens have been the domain of our chef Jozica Polutnik for 20 years now. She cooks with passion and has a definite feel for excellent flavour. Our culinary weeks, once a well-kept secret, are now very popular. Gordona Marjanovic and Maida Gusic work alongside the chef. Annemarie Egger is responsible for the rooms. She knows the guesthouse inside out and is always on hand to meet your individual requirements thanks to her competence and long-standing experience. Anita Dobrovnik is ever reliable and always there when you need her as our ‘girl Friday’. We also employ an apprentice in the kitchens and in the service division.
